I'm a Compensation Manager with deep experience across sales incentive and broad-based compensation programs, enterprise-scale plan administration, and cross-functional leadership. I work at the intersection of data, policy, and people — turning complex market analyses and internal equity frameworks into clear decisions that support business growth.

Based in Cape Coral, Florida. Currently managing compensation programs for a national workforce of approximately 5,500 employees at Everon — including incentive plan rollouts, merit cycles, retention agreements, and STIP/LTIP program design.
